BODYPUMP is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.
Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 500 calories. Ryan and Lucy will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own!
Les Mills Grit is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout leaving you breathless, picking yourself off the floor and coming back for more. Ryan and Lucy will push you to your limit in this high intensity interval class, drawing out of you what you did not think you had. Each workout is designed to improve your strength, build lean muscle and improve cardiovascular fitness, increase speed and maximize calorie burn.
Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYBALANCE is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life.
During BODYBALANCE an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and Lucy and Ryan will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered.

Looking for a great way to get some aggression out? For anyone that is interested in reaping the fitness-related benefits of boxing without having to step into the ring, Body Battle is the class for you. This full body workout will potentially get your heart and lungs into the best shape of your life. Body Battle will help sculpt and tone your body while throwing in a few punches. Boxing is an amazing way to strengthen your core muscles and utilizes upper body combining a number of different boxing movements including the upper cut and jab. Punch your way to a better you!
Rig is a circuit style 30 min workout which uses a variety of equipment within the gym to deliver an effective full body workout, that can be tailored to suit all fitness abilities. Equipment used ranges from Cardio such as the Air Bike, Box Jumps and Rower to Weight exercises including Slam Balls, Barbell Squats and Hex Bar Deadlifts. Working in a team or individually, you will finish this class with not only bigger muscles but you will also learn about different ways to use the gym apparatus you can incorporate into your own gym workouts.
